For you consideration. An Epiphone FT 45 in sunburst.   The guitar has stabilized lacquer blistering on the heel and back of the headstock that doesn’t impact playability.   The lacquer is heavily checked.   (See photos). The guitar is x-braced and while we rate it as good/ player grade for cosmetic reasons, the guitar plays very well.   The action 5.5/64 B and 5.5. T.    The action could be lowered by touching up the body frets, but playability doesn’t warrant at this time.
