For your consideration an E3 (82-85) Dan Smith Stratocaster in excellent to collector grade.    The Sapphire blue colored Strat Dan Smith is extremely rare. 
The Dan Smith tremolo system was seen as upgrade and improvement to the Stratocaster line.   Note the lack of a tremolo rout on the back of the guitar.   If it wasn’t for the desire to have an “original” design, it is a feature that would still be available.   The controls on these models are streamlined.    The guitar is all original
